Rasmus Müller talks to Lucas Drake from Staxus.

This month’s Cybermodel Spotlight interview features Lucas Drake from Staxus. With his curly hair, sweet disposition, and high spirits, Lucas Drake is the kind of guy that everyone seems to love. When he’s not modeling, Lucas  works at a popular hair salon. When he has down  time, this hardworking cherub loves listening to music, partying with his friends, and enjoying all forms of art. Lucas isn’t much of a gamer, but we still think he’d look great in Kid Icarus cosplay. Though just 19 years old, he’s also a deep thinker – and we think that’s a key part of his appeal. Nothing brings out a guy’s good looks like self-awareness, intelligence, and a little bit of existential angst. Staxus first discovered Lucas on Instagram, and he has since become one of the studio’s biggest stars.

How did you get started in the adult industry?
Well I got started in the adult industry after Timmy Treasure, the talent manager for Staxus, found me on Instagram! I had always thought about doing adult work, but had never actually applied anywhere. Timmy seemed to like my pictures, so we started talking and he told me a bit about the adult industry, Staxus, etc. He’s a model himself, so that made me feel more confident. He knows what it’s like to be a new model and to be a bit nervous, and he knew what questions I would have, etc. He treated me really well and that’s what made me decide to give it a shot.

Do you like working for Staxus?
I’ve shot many scenes with Staxus now and it has always been a super experience. The staff is very friendly, the director explains everything to you in a very nice and fun way, so everything just flows. It’s work, of course, so sometimes it’s a bit complicated or you get tired. But we always have fun. Since I’m a Staxus exclusive, that’s the only studio I’ve worked with. They’re my porn family.

Your most unusual sex spot?
I was on holiday in the Canary Islands and I was walking along the dunes. I was close to the sea in a very gay area and I noticed a small orgy going on! I couldn’t believe it. I walked closer, but didn’t join. Then a hot, naked guy with a hard dick came up to me and I started blowing him without saying anything.

If they made a mainstream movie about your life, what would be the title and genre?
The Adventures of Lucas. It would be a comedy-drama with adventure. All mixed together [laughs.]

Where did you grow up?
I grew up in a town in the Czech Republic. It was nice! I grew up with a lot of friends and family around me, so I can’t complain.

Your favorite video shoot so far and why?
To be honest, there are a few that I have really enjoyed. But one of my favorites was a scene I did with Jaro Stone. He’s another Staxus Exclusive and he’s one of the hottest guys I’ve ever seen! He’s a super power top and he actually made me cum hands-free! [laughs]

Not really. But I get a lot of comments and messages via social media.

Are you single right now?
Yes I am single!

What traits usually attract you to someone?
The eyes and the face. I love a pretty face! And the eyes can say a lot about someone. 

Something about yourself that most people don’t know?
I fall in love very easily.

What would you like your life to be like five years from now?
Who knows? I don’t like to think too far ahead or to plan the future too much. I want to let life surprise me with new and exciting things all the time. But I hope my life will be full of fun, friends, and exciting things. 

What are some of the best things about working in adult entertainment?
Well, obviously one of the best things is to be paid for having sex with super hot boys. [laughs] But also, you get to make new friends, travel to new places, and have fun. Many good things. 

Are there any downsides to working in adult entertainment?
I don’t think so. It’s true that people are watching you have sex, and maybe some of your friends might see it. But in the end, I haven’t experienced any problem from it. So all is good. 

What are your main hobbies and interests at the moment?
I love travel and I especially love Spain! I want to go there as often as I can!

Which mainstream celebrities do you find hot?
I don’t think you know any Czech celebrities, so I’ll tell you about Tom Daley and Shawn Mendes. I think they’re both super hot!

Are there any social or political issues that you feel strongly about at the moment?
There are too many things that should be fixed in the world. For that I’d need a whole separate interview.

What music genres do you prefer?
I like pop music. Gaga, Perry, Ariana. I love them. But I also enjoy dance music a lot.

What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?
I didn’t really think about that. I wanted to be many different things when I was a kid, depending of what I was watching on the TV at the time. [laughs]

Did you ever do anything as a kid that got you into trouble?
Not really. I was a good kid. 

What’s a typical day like for you?
I get up, go to work, and then see some friends in the evening. Then go home or go party. It depends! I have quite a normal life, to be honest. I like to keep it that way.

Do you have any funny behind-the-scenes stories from porn shoots?
We have a lot of laughs on set. But I don’t remember anything special at the moment!

What are you afraid of?
Spiders!

Have you learned any life lessons during recent years?
I learn new ones every day, but I still have a lot to learn! I’m only 19! [laughs] But I try to learn from every experience I have.
