Shameless Self-Interest:J/O Websites and Communities

Wolf Mendelsohn tracks down some of the most popular websites and online communities dedicated to masturbation.

Self love is alive and well on the web. There’s even a book on the topic called Solosexual: Portrait of a Masturbator  by Jason Armstrong.  Part memoir and part manifesto, the book introduces readers to a world of men for whom masturbation represents the ideal form of sexual gratification. In 2015, Huffington Post’s Queer Voices posted an article on the topic as well. There are a number of online communities dedicated to masturbation, and this month we’ll check out a few of the most popular ones.

BATEWORLD
BateWorld is described as a unique social networking community for men who love to masturbate. The site has members from all over the world and their interests range from solo masturbation to buddy jerking and group scenes. The site also offers a large collection of amateur, member-uploaded images and videos, a lively discussion forum, private email messaging, instant messaging (including IM video chat), and group video chats.

In addition, the site will soon have its own discussion forum.

CITY JERKS
City jerks caters to both men and women of all persuasions and features both an online masturbation club and offline events. It’s free to create an account and there’s also a premium level you can upgrade to which gives you more features. Once you create a profile you can browse other profiles, see who’s online, request a text or video chat, send and receive messages, arrange to host or attend a real world event, etc.

JACKIN CHAT
Jackin Chat is an online masturbation community open to both men and women of all persuasions. The site features discussion boards, personals, user profiles, and a live chat.

LOCAL J/O CLUBS
There are local jerkoff clubs in many cities around the world where men meet regularly to engage in group masturbation.
