Rasmus Müller talks to Mickey Taylor from Naked Sword, with bonus Q&A available online!

23-year-old, 6’0″ tall NakedSword Originals exclusive Mickey Taylor was already a big star in Europe before signing on as a NakedSword exclusive. He had worked for many of Europe’s best known studios, and he had also made a name for himself as a mainstream model and a club event host. Since signing on with NakedSword, he has also launched his own clothing line and released the first two books of his autobiography (cybersocket.com/link/snmht and cybersocket.com/link/sxvzc). He’s  currently working on Part 3, which will be a sort of “tell all” about his experiences in the porn industry and the modeling industry, as well as other facets of his life. Do you get much fan mail, and do you answer it personally?
I get fan mail nearly every day and I do my best to answer as many as possible. But there are a lot of them and my fans even have their own name for themselves, the “Misfits.” Which I love. Honestly? I only answer fan mail myself. I don’t like the idea of someone else trying to do it. That wouldn’t be personal. I don’t think it’s right to delegate that job to someone else. People want to talk to the person they wrote to, if it’s possible, and not to someone else.

Something that fans probably don’t know about you?
I’m talking to you at 12:00 a.m. and I’m wearing underwear that says “Fuck me.” I’m cuddled up with a man-sized teddy bear and I’m listening to Halsey. I’m totally not kidding. [laughs]

What other jobs have you had in the past?
I’ve been a bar manager, I own a clothing line, and I used to work at a Blockbuster Video store. That was a fun one. Free candy and movies!

What’s the best thing about working in adult entertainment?
The people. I’ve come to call many of them family, like Ashton Bradley. God I love that guy! But also just the chance to see the world while meeting incredibly interesting people. We all know models are far from boring. Always lighting up blogs with our “drama.” [laughs]

What’s the most unusual place in which you’ve had sex?
Oh God, I can’t share that one! [laughs] Another time, another place maybe. [laughs] Get me drunk.

Are you a gamer?
I just bought a PS4 actually, so that I could play the new Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts games when they come out! I’m also a Digimon fan and Yu-gi-oh master!

What are you afraid of?

How long have you been working with NakedSword?
I first started working with NakedSword over a year ago, in March of last year. It was my first time working with a female director, too! But those who know mr. Pam will know that her personality is bubbly and infectious. The last thing I worked on with her for NakedSword was International Playboys. It brought together some of the biggest names in porn from studios in the U.K., U.S. ,and E.U. and essentially we all did what we do best! [laughs] Those scenes will be coming out all month and I’m excited for people to see the two scenes I appeared in for this DVD.

What’s it like to work with NakedSword, compared to working with other studios?
It’s very different. As i said, I had never worked with a female director before. But honestly, I feel more relaxed that way. Many studios I’ve worked with have two or more cameras running at any given moment, but Pam just uses one. I’d like to say that it makes me try and be more wary of that camera of hers, but honestly I try to just let my scene flow with whomever I’m working.

Which video shoot was your favorite so far?
Probably the one I just shot with Kayden Gray. We’ve been friends ever since we first met. He is someone important in my life because he’s real and honest, which at times can feel pretty rare. We’ve had several studios try to pair us up in the past, but we had rejected the offers until now. It was kind of nerve wrecking at first, but we have natural chemistry from being friends. What was kind of funny was that at one point when he was sucking my dick, he looked up and just said, “Why haven’t we done this before? This is fun.” And of course I agreed. Although it was fun, we’re in no rush for round two. [laughs] But if it happens I will let you know. [laughs]

Are there any downsides to working in adult entertainment?
The long hours sometimes. I also hate Mondays. So working on a Monday sucks. I hate the positions at times, too. Getting piledriven isn’t what I’d call comfy. [laughs]

Are you single right now? If not, who’s the lucky man?
I’m not single, no. My man is the wonderful Jack Green who was also a porn star until he retired a few months ago in order to continue his work in other fields. We actually met on my birthday at the model penthouse in the U.K.. I was celebrating with friends and he was there to shoot a scene. He was pretty new at the time, but we just hit it off.

Do you have a day job?
I’m a full time entertainer. Not just in porn, but also in music and other media such as modeling and television. I’ve been featured in many things.

What traits usually attract you to someone?
Confidence, tolerance, humanity, tattoos, skills… So basically, put those into one guy and it’s pretty impossible. [laughs] Looks have never been at the top of my list. Even before Jack, I usually dated guys in their forties. They were just more mature and headstrong than many of the other guys I knew back when I was dating. 

What would you like your life to be like five years from now?
I want to be happy, above all else. And to still be enjoying everything I do in life.

What are your primary hobbies and interests at the moment?
I’m passionate about Swedish Fish. I swear I could come to America each time just for those candy, fishy bastards!

Which mainstream celebrities do you find hot?
None of them. I don’t really see them that way. Like, I don’t look at Bieber or Colton Haynes and think, “God I want him to use me.” I think, “His work lately has been amazing.” I don’t like how the media always sexualizes people like Nick Jonas as being a gay sex icon as a straight guy, too. I know there’s money in the pink pound, but honestly we’re really not all that stupid or moronic, so we know it’s for profit on his end. That got a little intense. [laughs]

Any social or political issues that you feel strongly about at the moment?
Education should always be free for those seeking it. If they complete the course, pass or fail, they shouldn’t be given a huge bill as their reward for trying to further themselves, improve their lives, or get a better job.

Do you watch much TV?
I actually haven’t seen daytime TV in years. I’ve banned it in my house. [laughs] It’s trash. But that being said, shows like Game of Thrones and Wayward Pines are brilliant. I’m a sheep to the large American shows. Also, Empire! OMG EMPIRE!

What music genres are your favorites at the moment?
I like the more indie artists I guess, such as Halsey, Twenty One Pilots, PVRIS, and Pamore. But I also love people like Demi Lovato and Gwen Stefani, too.

Are you much of a reader?
I’m reading a novel by Nicola Haken right now called Broken. It’s incredible!

If they made a mainstream movie about your life, what would the title and genre be?
Sarcasm. It would be a dark comedy. Perfectly, offensively funny in all the right places.

What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?
A teacher. [laughs]  But it never worked out. Maybe I will play one in a scene someday.

Did you ever do anything as a kid that got you into trouble?
I stole some Tic Tacs once, like a badass.

What’s a typical day like for you?
I wake up, check my phone, have a wank (or three), have coffee, catch up on a show (probably scream), do my emails, head to the recording studio for rehearsals or to the porn set to film or direct, come home, and call the boyfriend if he’s not home. If he is I will demand dinner on the table, ‘cuz clearly I’m the masculine top in the scenario. We’ll watch a movie, play videogames (whoever wins gets to top), and then I check my emails and fall asleep to Kung Fu Panda.

Are there any other NakedSword models with whom you’d especially like to work?
Colton Gray… If I say any more, it will distract from the only thing that matters… Which is having sex with Colton Gray.

Do you have any funny behind-the-scenes stories from porn shoots?
mr. Pam stares at me, asking repeatedly if I’m hard yet while I’m trying to fluff myself with big beady eyes. A lot of times I do awful impressions when I’m on set, too. We did a runway show on the set once, just for fun. And I literally got hit by a parked car once because I wasn’t looking where I was walking.

A life experience that had a big effect on you?
One event that really impacted me was being homeless at age 15-16. Then finding my way in the world and learning to put myself through school, find a home, get a job. I had to learn very quickly how to be an adult. I’m so glad it happened, though. It shaped me and gave me a tough skin.

Life lessons from recent years?
Hangovers never get easier.
