Rasmus Müller sits down for some Q&A with JJ Knight from Kink Men.
Our first Cybermodel of 2016 is 28-year-old performer JJ Knight from KinkMen.com. The 6’2″ tall, 185 lbs. performer spent much of his childhood in Memphis, Tennessee. After high school, JJ went to college to study marketing management, with a focus on business administration. To help finance his education, JJ took a job as a Lifeguard. We can’t help wondering if infatuated swimmers ever faked drowning incidents in order to get some personal attention from JJ’s tight body, pretty green eyes, and life-saving lips. After college, JJ worked as a manager at Abercrombie & Fitch for several years, a job that he credits with helping him to overcome his childhood awkwardness and shyness. JJ lives in L.A. now and you can follow him on Twitter.
Best thing about modeling?
The interaction with others. I’ve always been an outgoing person and I love meeting new people.
Worst thing about modeling?
Waiting around for scenes – and making sure that you’re memorable in the industry.
How would your friends describe you?
Outgoing and silly. I can’t do awkward silences, so when my scene partners are quiet I force them to talk to me. [Smiles]
As a kid, what did you dream of becoming?
I wanted to become different things at different times. Becoming a lawyer stuck with me the longest because my parents loved watching law shows.
Recently learned life lessons?
I’ve learned not to care what other people think, to live for today, and to make the most of every second. I used to be a shy kid who was awkward and silent, but working for Abercrombie & Fitch after college brought me out of my shell.
Your first sexual experience?
The first one that comes to mind is a high school locker room experience. There was this kid from my swim team who had been trying to convince our teammates that I was gay, so I confronted him in the shower. Then he grabbed me and kissed me.
As a kid, did you ever do anything that got you in trouble?
In high school I started selling candy and the business got pretty good. But unless it was for charity, candy dealing was prohibited. I did it for a few months until I was caught and almost got suspended. Let’s just say that my dad is a good talker…
Have you done much traveling?
While working for Abercrombie & Fitch I lived in China for two years. As far as vacations go I’ve been able to visit Japan, Bali, Paris, and Amsterdam.

Your favorite hobbies?
When I’m not working at my full time job, I’m in the gym for about two hours a day, five days a week. I’m definitely what you might call a “gym rat.” It’s my favorite thing to do because I’m bettering myself and improving my health.
What kind of men typically attract you?
I like outgoing, masculine, down to earth guys who are into bettering themselves in the same ways that I am. I have a strong personality, so I feel like it takes a certain kind of person to be able to handle me. I’m excited to finally find that person.
How long do you plan to continue working as a model?
I don’t have any plans to stop, because right now I’m having a blast and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
Your life five years from now?
I want my life to be full of adventure, so I’m completely open to anything that keeps me moving forward and experiencing new things.
Who do you admire and why?
Definitely my aunt. My cousin has cerebral palsy. He just turned 10 this year and he cannot walk or talk. He is getting bigger, but she still has a life and a full-time job – all while dealing with a kid who is expected to one day be as tall as I am.
