Cybersocket gets up close and personal with COLT Man John Sebastian.

Born and raised with a younger brother and a twin brother far North of Montreal in Canada, this month’s cover model is 29-year-old COLT Man John Sebastian. John had been working part-time in construction and dancing on weekends in the city when he first met John Rutherford, the owner of COLT. Rutherford asked John to appear in a video he was shooting that week, and John agreed. Thus began John Sebastian’s porn career, which has so far included two films for COLT –  Hard Wood and a Minute Man Solo film called Hard Action. In addition, John will also appear in two of this year’s six annual COLT Calendars (the 2012 Jocks Calendar and the Men Calendar.) “I’m very proud of that,” says John, “I’ve always appreciated photographs of COLT men, so I’m very grateful to be one of them now.”

John Sebastian’s work has quickly  earned him a large fan base. Enjoy his porn work while you can, though – because he doesn’t plan on doing it forever. “I’ll only work only until I have enough money saved up for college.  I’m not trying to make porn into a career, since I know that I have a small window of opportunity in which to work in front of the camera.  It is what it is. It’s  fun for now, and a chance to save some money. I’d like to attend law school, and hopefully to meet someone to share my life with someday. I’d love to have kids, too.”

We asked John if he was the marrying kind, but he said he hadn’t given it much thought yet. When asked about the fight for gay marriage in the United States, John said, “Here in Canada, we’re able to marry whomever we choose. It blows my mind that many of our fellow North Americans just a few kilometers away don’t have the same privilege.”

John has a unique look that’s hard to pin down. John explained, “A lot of people actually think I’m Asian, but I’m not. I’m part caucasian and part Native Canadian Indian.”

When we asked John what it was like shooting for COLT and working with John Rutherford, he said, “It’s like a family. We shot two hours outside Montreal (near where I live) and COLT rented a house in the country. We ate our meals together and had a lot of fun both before and after the shoot. John runs a very professional set, but it wasn’t so serious that we weren’t allowed to enjoy ourselves. I really like working with COLT.”

John’s first film, Hard Wood, also starred his good friend Mike Matters. “He and I had to do a mutual jack-off scene together,” recounted John. “We’re very close friends, but we were being asked to cruise one another and to show off our bodies and our dicks while stroking. That scene must have taken a full day to shoot, because Mike and I would start laughing every time our eyes met. John kept having to say “Cut!” and to ask us to be more serious and sexy – something that can be very hard to do with your best friend. In the end, I had no problem doing it with Mike (as long as I didn’t look into his eyes) because he’s an extremely sexy guy. It was only when our eyes met that we would break out with laughter.”
