Over $5,000 Raised at Cybersocket’s Unity Ball
On January 5, 2004, during the Internext Convention in Las Vegas, Cybersocket raised over $5,000 for charity at the first Unity Ball, the only event of its kind to create a positive environment where both gay and straight webmasters could gather under one roof.
Beneficiaries of the event, which was held at Ibiza USA inside The Aladdin Hotel, included Adult Sites Against Child Pornography (ASACP), Internet Media Protective Association/The Acacia Defense Fund, and the Adult Industry Medical Health Care Foundation (AIM).
The donation was made on behalf of all of the event’s sponsors:
