Adobe Flash Player and IE7 x64

In our forums, a user reported having this problem:
"Because I have an x64 OS and use IE7 x64, I can't download Adobe Flash Player. The Adobe Flash Player site says:
To use Flash Player to view Flash content on a 64-bit operating system, you must run a 32-bit browser."

Magento Optimization and Speed Problems

Today I'm replacing a ZenCart e-commerce store with a Magento based store. Magento is much slicker and nicer than ZenCart or OSCommerce, but the firest thing I noticed upon installation is that it is dog-slow, both on the front-end and the back-end.
