Once again Lucas Entertainment has managed to outdo itself, bringing us a beautifully lit and photographed sexual fantasy containing 134 minutes of non-stop, no-holds-barred, hardcore action. The story takes an amusing look at the lengths many people in New York will go to in order to achieve success. And in this particular vision of New York City, sexual prowess is a valuable currency that is actively traded. Come to think of it, that almost sounds like the gay porn industry – and therein lies the playful irony. The cast is stellar, and fans of hairy muscle daddies will be pleased to see Junior Stellano and Wilfried Knight along for the ride. Steven Daigle also appears – and even though he isn't hairy, he does sport some sexy stubble that gives him a very masculine vibe.

The action in Kings of New York is spread out across four scenes. They're all excellent, but we especially enjoyed scene three starring Michael Lucas and Rod Daily. But of course our favorite was the first scene starring Wilfried Knight and Junior Stellano. It's a flip-flop fuck scene, but the guys also end up bumping booties on opposite ends of a double-headed dildo! Plus, these nasty studs end their scene with some light cum play when Junior cums and Wilfried feeds some of the load back to him (right before Wilfried drops his own load onto Junior's waiting tongue.)

Kings of New York is presented in 1.85:1 widescreen and it looked stunning on our test rig (a low-cost, upscaling DVD player and a 720p HDTV.) As usual, Lucas Entertainment has crammed every last sector of the DVD full of high-quality bonus materials. These include a collection of hardcore trailers, a bonus scene from Men of Israel, cast interviews with Steven Daigle and Rod Daily, and a behind-the-scenes featurette titled The Making of Kings of New York.
