"Heat“ — it's what legendary director and former porn star Gino Colbert says he's looking for in a potential porn star. "Heat, as in how hot they are when I ask them about sex," says Colbert. "And charisma, as in personality. I can tell if they've got it or not." Then, of course, there are the essentials. Colbert continued, "The third thing I look for is good looks. Chi Chi LaRue's big budget Power Tool 3 production is the exception to the rule, however. Drake added that, "Having a personality that transcends the video screen is what connects the viewer to the performance and the model. Also, true porn superstars come to the set every time ready to give the best performance of their careers. They know that beauty alone does not make a star. The energy that the model gives to the scene is what makes it, and them, memorable. Lastly, great abs will compensate for a lot.
